These Terms govern your purchase and use of SCRIPTZ (Autoswitch, AutoDugan, AutoZoom, Auto Silence, Auto Subtitles, Filler Cut and any future scripts sold under the SCRIPTZ name). SCRIPTZ is operated by Dominik Husak ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By purchasing or using SCRIPTZ, you agree to these Terms.
SCRIPTZ is a set of Python scripts that run inside DaVinci Resolve Studio via its scripting API. Requires DaVinci Resolve Studio 18–21, Python 3.8+, and (for AutoDugan and Auto Subtitles) ffmpeg. SCRIPTZ does not work with DaVinci Resolve Free.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, calculates and remits applicable VAT/sales tax, and issues your receipt. Prices are shown in EUR and are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Your license and download link are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Depending on the tier purchased:
Your license is personal (or, for Studio Licence, limited to your organisation) and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the scripts, license keys, or download links with anyone outside the machine count purchased. You may not reverse-engineer the scripts for the purpose of creating a competing product.
All tiers include lifetime updates for the scripts covered by that license, including compatibility updates if DaVinci Resolve's scripting API changes.
SCRIPTZ is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure it works as described on this site, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every system configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the scripts, including lost footage, lost time, or lost revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. statutory consumer guarantees).

We may revoke your license if you breach these Terms (e.g. unauthorized redistribution) or if your payment is reversed via chargeback without first contacting us for a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SCRIPTZ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
